The hotel was perfect for our large family, spacious and clean, with fantastic free parking. We especially enjoyed our 15-minute walk to the old town to check out the unique Hanging Houses. Plus, it's dog-friendly, so our big dog felt right at home.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

I've had a perfect stay on a road trip. The location was convenient and ideal, near the Cathedral, the view was particularly nice, too. Moreover, it was short walk to the gentle slopes of the old streets, restaurants within walking distance and taxi or local transportation.

location: the hotel was just next door to the outskirts of the new town of cuenca as well as centre. the breakfast deal was sensational with steamed vegetables and the usual ham and an excellent waitress.

The breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh options every morning. The lighting in the bathroom was overly harsh, making it uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past ten years and can not fault it. The staff are always pleasant and very helpfull. Although the hotel is located in the modern part of Cuenca it is only five minute's in a taxi or a twenty minute walk to the old town which is a world heritage site ( well worth a visit).

Reception made an error with our credit card, said they had refunded the overpayment, but instead took this overpayment a second time without our authorisation. We will be making a complaint in the hope of having this corrected but their errors have cost us twice.

During my short stay, I was impressed with how accessible key attractions like the Hanging Houses and San Pablo Bridge were-everything was within a comfortable walking distance. The underground parking was a lifesaver, especially when exploring the narrow streets of the old town. For breakfast, the variety served was good and unexpected, giving me a great start to my days. The staff was helpful in directing me to local spots for dining once the hotel restaurant was closed.

Couple should consider it
We had a spacious corner room with a massive bed. The staff were friendly and respectful.
It wasn't cheap but still alright for the quality we got.

Modern and fancy breakfast with very good selection.
Also Wi-Fi is free in the lobby area, its 30 minutes limitation and password protection is simply paranoid and make me mad.

The breakfast was excellent with a diverse range of options, including unexpected scrambled eggs, a good surprise.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide any basic room perks such as toothbrushes or slippers, which I found quite basic for a hotel of this standard.

Amazing breakfast and helpful staff
I really appreciated the ultra-clean twin room and the comfort of the great beds. The breakfast was great, offering a plentiful and varied selection that was always fresh. Plus, the staff went out of their way to assist us, providing helpful local tips and service. I found the walk to the hanging houses a bit long, especially in the rain.

The Standard Double or Twin Room was really spacious and modern. I loved the well-equipped bathroom with quality toiletries and fluffy towels. The air conditioning was effective, keeping the room cool . A nice touch was the USB connections available for charging my devices. The only downside was the bright lighting in the bathroom, a bit too harsh for my taste.
